Our client is an established Financial Services firm looking to add to their Campus Recruiting team to focus on early-career technical recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates for technical requirements
- Build and evolve long-term relationships with universities
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system
- Develop and maintain documentation on each interview process
- Work with the HR team to provide reports regarding recruiting efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 3 years campus recruiting experience for tech roles
- Experience in developing and conducting on-campus college recruitment programs
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
The annual base salary range is $100k to $150k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
