We are partnering with a leading global alternative asset manager to hire an Accounts Payable Associate (Contract) to support a fast-paced finance team overseeing both domestic and international entities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations across multiple entities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments (wires, ACH, EFT, checks)
- Allocate invoice costs across appropriate cost centers using internal systems
- Process expense reimbursements, including candidate-related expenses
- Manage AP inbox and respond to vendor, employee, and internal inquiries
- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation for all transactions
- Prioritize and manage high-volume workflows in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years of accounts payable experience (financial services, banking, or investment environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of AP processes and controls
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience with Tipalti is a plus
