About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing organization delivering large-scale, mission critical infrastructure projects. They are seeking a Procurement Manager to take ownership of end-to-end procurement for major MEP equipment across multiple high-impact builds.
This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences project schedules, cost control, and overall delivery success.
What You’ll Do
As a Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring critical equipment is sourced, tracked, and delivered on time across complex projects.
You will:
- Lead procurement of major MEP equipment (generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, chillers, HVAC)
- Develop and manage procurement plans aligned with project schedules and phasing
- Identify procurement risks early and support preconstruction planning efforts
- Manage vendor prequalification, bid processes, and commercial evaluations
- Oversee contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements
- Track equipment submittals, shop drawings, and compliance with project specs
- Monitor manufacturing progress, factory testing, inspections, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate logistics, delivery sequencing, and site readiness with construction teams
- Mitigate supply chain, schedule, and commercial risks
- Maintain procurement schedules, cost tracking, and reporting
- Escalate risks and supplier issues to leadership as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management
- Strong experience with MEP or critical infrastructure equipment
- Proven ability to manage complex equipment packages on construction projects
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
- Strong organizational, contract administration, and multitasking skills
Preferred Experience
- Background in data centers, mission critical, healthcare, or industrial projects
- Experience with early procurement strategies and advance purchase agreements
- Familiarity with factory testing, inspections, and logistics (domestic/international)
