They are looking to bring on an HSE Professional who is eager to grow, learn, and make a real impact on job site safety.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an HSE Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving safety programs across active job sites. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technical environment.
You will:
- Assist in developing and updating safety plans, procedures, and documentation
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other safety regulations
- Help with incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Contribute to safety trainings and daily briefings
- Maintain safety logs, reports, and documentation
- Monitor job site conditions and identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all phases of work
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of safety experience (construction, energy, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in the field
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)
- OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry)
- First Aid / CPR
- GSP, CHST, OHST, or similar entry-level certifications
Additional Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites
- Familiarity with OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910/1926)
Work Environment
- Combination of office and active construction/job site work
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE and working in dynamic environments
- Ability to walk, stand, and navigate varying terrain
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
