Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and remember their names
- Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule patients and manage patient flow
- Answer phones and emails promptly
- Collect and process payments
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist during exams, x-rays, and therapies
- Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update EHR systems
- Protect patient privacy at all times
- Manage inventory and office supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in chiropractic or related healthcare field
- Welcome and check in patients with a friendly attitude
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Strong patient service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
