JOB DESCRIPTION

Atlas Chiropractic is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who loves serving others with a compassionate heart. Candidates must also be open-minded and willing to challenge old beliefs surrounding health and wellness. This is not your typical healthcare office! NO MEDICAL/ HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY - all training provided on the job.

Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) at Atlas Chiropractic handle the following office tasks/procedures:

• New patient consultations & health histories
• Patient evaluations
• Patient education on chiropractic principles
• Phone calls
• Managing the office schedule
• Controlling and overseeing patient flow
• Billing
• Sales
• Coordinating & executing marketing events

*CAs are responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and are expected to consistently deliver high-quality performance. We are seeking someone who is loyal and wants to grow with us long-term.

Experience/skills you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent memorization skills
• Previous job roles involving customer service, sales, and/or marketing
• Strong verbal communication skills (experience with public speaking is also a huge plus, but is not required)
• Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite

WORK SCHEDULE

We are looking for a candidate who is able to work ALL of the following hours. In addition, the candidate must be willing to work occasional weekends (usually 1 weekend per month) and travel 1-2 times per year with the team for paid conferences.

Monday - 10:00 am - 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Tuesday - 1:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Wednesday - 10:00 am - 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Thursday - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm & 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
