What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every patient
- Greet patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
- Schedule appointments and manage the flow of the office
- Maintain accurate patient records and attention to detail in documentation
- Support patient education and communication around care plans
- Assist with payments, insurance verification, and administrative tasks
- Help the team stay organized and aligned with office goals
- Continuously look for ways to improve systems and patient experience
