Position Overview

As a Wellness Coordinator, you are the first and lasting impression of the clinic. Your role is not just about operations—it is about deeply caring for people. From your first “hello” to your final follow-up, you are creating a space of comfort, encouragement, and belonging.

This is a part-time, on-site position that requires consistent availability on Fridays and Saturdays. The candidate selected for this role must also be willing to pick up fill-in shifts at other PACE Interests clinic locations when coverage is needed.

Please note that scheduled days and clinic locations may change based on business and staffing needs. Flexibility and a willingness to support other locations are important requirements of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every patient with warmth, genuine interest, and a welcoming attitude
• Listen carefully, build relationships easily, and remember the small details that help patients feel valued
• Gently guide patients toward care plans that support both their health and financial well-being
• Guide walk-ins and other leads with empathy, not pressure
• Help patients feel known by remembering names, stories, and what matters to them
• Support the chiropractor in creating a seamless, high-trust experience
• Follow up with potential patients to continue caring conversations
• Maintain a peaceful and inviting environment where every patient feels at ease
• Manage phones, scheduling, payments, and front-desk tasks as part of a collaborative team
• Work with the clinic doctor or doctors to grow clinic revenue
• Collaborate with clinic team members to review performance reports and implement ideas for improvement
• Pick up fill-in shifts at other PACE Interests clinic locations when coverage is needed
• Remain flexible regarding scheduled days and assigned clinic locations based on operational needs

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Has two or more years of work experience, preferably in office management, sales, customer service, or a wellness or healthcare-related field
• Communicates warmly and professionally
• Is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Has reliable Friday and Saturday availability
• Is willing and able to work fill-in shifts at other clinic locations when needed
• Understands that scheduled days and locations may change based on staffing and business needs

Pay and Schedule

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses

Current Regular Schedule:

• Friday: 9:45 AM–7:00 PM, with a paid break from 2:00–2:45 PM
• Saturday: 9:45 AM–5:00 PM

Additional fill-in shifts may be available throughout the week.

This is a part-time position, and Friday and Saturday availability is required. Scheduled days, hours, and clinic assignments may be adjusted as needed to support staffing and operational needs.
