Job Overview – IT Systems Administrator

Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000/year bonus

Location: Plymouth County, MA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Atlantic Group is hiring an IT Systems Administrator in Plymouth County, MA for our client, supporting enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based initiatives across a global environment. This role focuses on ERP system support, Microsoft ecosystem management, and infrastructure modernization while working closely with internal stakeholders. The position offers hands-on exposure to system migrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT projects.

Responsibilities as the IT Systems Administrator:

• ERP Support: Manage and support ERP systems including troubleshooting, enhancements, and user support.
• System Administration: Maintain IT systems, user access, and overall system performance.
• Cloud Management: Support Azure cloud infrastructure including access, security, and backup processes.
• Issue Resolution: Serve as the point of contact for escalated technical issues and provide solutions.
• Infrastructure Projects: Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Security and Data Integrity: Monitor system security and ensure accuracy and protection of data across platforms.
  
  

Qualifications for the IT Systems Administrator:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or ERP support is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems and enterprise IT environments is required, with SAP experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud, and IT security tools is required.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work across teams are required.
