A leading financial services firm is looking to add a Fund Accountant to its growing finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with ~2 years of experience in public accounting or fund administration with experience in private equity or venture capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support quarterly and annual close processes for multiple private equity funds
- Prepare and review capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
- Assist with NAV calculations and financial reporting packages
- Maintain investor records and support LP reporting requests
- Work closely with fund administrators, auditors, and internal teams
- Assist with cash management, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or private equity
- Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
