What are the responsibilities and job description for the PE Fund Accountant - High Growth Path/New Fund Launches position at Atlantic Group?

Key Responsibilities:
Broadly, support for the accounting and reporting function with respect to:
- Our fund of fund vehicles being administered by a TPA
- Internal management entities
- Personal investment vehicles maintained by firm owners
- Tax reporting and compliance across various limited partnerships
Additionally, this position will provide some level of:
- Support with respect to admission of new members to our funds, as well as the processing and payment of investor redemptions
- Support with respect to the subscription and redemption process when our funds make investments or withdrawals/redemptions
- Support of the cash management across the legal entities
- Assistance with the annual audit process.
- Assistance with regulatory filings
- Special projects on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of public, fund, or corporate accounting experience
- Accounting degree required
- Experience with hedge fund, private equity, real estate funds, or fund of fund structures
- CPA certification a plus
