Head of Corporate Finance

Firm: Private Equity Fund/Hedge Fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all management company finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, cash management, and executive reporting.
• Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, audits, financial statements, and stakeholder reporting.
• Manage finance operations, internal controls, financial systems, and third-party providers, driving scalability and process improvement.
• Provide financial oversight of management company revenues, expenses, profitability, and strategic planning.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, strengthening financial discipline, operational excellence, and business partnership across the firm.

Experience:

• 8-17 years of relevant experience within asset management
• Experience managing and mentoring a mid-sized team of direct reports
• Public accounting foundation
• CPA Licensed preferred
