CDL A TEAM DRIVERS – EARN UP TO $3,200 WEEKLY
3 PAY OPTIONS | GUARANTEED PAY AVAILABLE | CONSISTENT TEAM MILES
Atlantic Cargo Co. is hiring experienced CDL A Team Drivers. Choose the pay option that works best for your team and earning goals.
OPTION 1 — GUARANTEED WEEKLY PAY
$2,000 guaranteed for 6,000 team miles
After 6,000 miles, additional miles pay $0.80 CPM per team, split between both drivers.
Estimated Pay Per Driver:
- 6,000 miles → $2,000/week
- 6,500 miles → $2,200/week
- 7,000 miles → $2,400/week
- 7,500 miles → $2,600/week
Guaranteed base pay may increase based on experience and proven performance.
OPTION 2 — $0.85 CPM
$0.85 CPM per team — split between both drivers
All loaded and empty miles paid.
Estimated Pay Per Driver:
- 6,000 miles → $2,550/week
- 6,500 miles → $2,762.50/week
- 7,000 miles → $2,975/week
- 7,500 miles → $3,187.50/week
OPTION 3 — 32% OF GROSS
Earn 32% of the truck’s weekly gross revenue, split between both drivers.
Estimated Pay Per Driver:
- $18,000 gross → $2,880/week
- $19,000 gross → $3,040/week
- $20,000 gross → $3,200/week
Higher truck revenue = higher earning potential.
BONUSES
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Clean DOT Bonuses: $100–$500
- $2,000 Team Referral Bonus

REQUIREMENTS
- CDL A
- 6 months verifiable OTR or Regional experience
- Clean MVR and work history
- Basic English
