Experienced CDL A Team Drivers | Up to $3,200 Weekly
We are adding experienced CDL A team drivers for consistent OTR freight. Choose from three compensation plans based on how your team prefers to run.
Weekly Compensation Choices
Guaranteed Plan
$2,000 guaranteed at 6,000 team miles. Miles above 6,000 are paid at an additional $0.80 CPM per team.
Estimated weekly pay per driver:
6,000 miles — $2,000
6,500 miles — $2,200
7,000 miles — $2,400
7,500 miles — $2,600
Mileage Plan — $0.85 CPM Team
Loaded and empty miles paid. Compensation is split between both drivers.
Estimated weekly pay per driver:
6,000 miles — $2,550
6,500 miles — $2,762
7,000 miles — $2,975
7,500 miles — $3,187
Percentage Plan — 32% of Truck Gross
Estimated weekly pay per driver:
$18,000 gross — $2,880
$19,000 gross — $3,040
$20,000 gross — $3,200

Qualifications
Valid CDL A with at least 6 months of verifiable OTR or Regional experience, acceptable MVR and work history, and basic English communication skills.
Orientation and truck pickup are in Orlando, Florida.
50% of travel expenses reimbursed on the first paycheck.
