Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Transportation Operator to provide safe and reliable transportation services for students traveling to and from campus. The ideal candidate will have professional driving experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle while maintaining a positive and professional environment.

This position requires a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement, a minimum of three (3) years of professional driving experience, and a clean driving record. Previous MCI motor coach experience is preferred.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-10:00 pm, Saturday - Sunday 9:00am-7:00pm

Occasionally 6am-2am (First & 2nd Second shift available)

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from campus locations while following all safety procedures and traffic regulations.
• Operate passenger transportation vehicles, including motor coaches, in a safe and professional manner.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, schedules, and tracking documentation.
• Ensure passengers receive excellent customer service and a safe transportation experience.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and transportation personnel.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctual service.
• Report any vehicle maintenance concerns, incidents, or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and transportation needs.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional driving experience.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to follow schedules, procedures, and transportation guidelines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous MCI motor coach experience preferred.
• Experience transporting students, passengers, or large groups.
• Experience with tracking systems, transportation logs, or route documentation.
