We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant. This is responsible for administrative work assisting the Director of HealthSource RI and the HSRI senior leadership team in planning, coordinating, implementing and controlling the daily functions of HealthSource RI. This part-time position pays $26/hr, and is located in Providence, RI.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Assist the Director by relieving him or her of administrative details involving correspondence with other divisions and departments and the public.
- Perform office management work that keeps the division running efficiently and effectively.
- Perform responsible administrative work assisting the Director of the Healthsource RI in correspondence and scheduling with parties both inside and outside of government.
- Assist the agency in human resource-related administrative tasks such as onboarding and offboarding.
- Organize and maintain administrative and office management records such as agency decisions and approvals, public meetings and preparations, organizational charts, contact lists, floor plans, and furniture and technology asset management.
- Coordinate and track requests related to office infrastructure with other divisions or agencies as needed.
- Monitor office access and keep visitor records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to work interdependently in service to a dynamic team.
- Ability to prioritize the right tasks with minimal supervision and work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
- Willingness to learn quickly and the ability to cope with ambiguity and change are critical to this role.
- Ability to switch from task to task based on team needs and agency priorities.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible.
- Highly motivated.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Some college preferred and/or prior administrative experience.
- Prior C-Suite experience highly preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Working hours M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
