We are currently recruiting for a Child Care Data Analyst - Program Manager I. This will work with both financial management and the Office of Child Care. This part-time position pays $36/hr, and is located in Cranston, RI.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Work with both program and finance to strengthen cross-system collaboration and implement standard operating policies.
- Review metrics and business requirements to provide the Department with standard operating procedures.
- Assist with Child Care Assistance Program provider monitoring
- Assist in data collection and analysis for various reporting requirements.
- Draft both internal and external CCAP correspondence.
- Support other program and finance functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understanding of program administration and financial processes to support policy implementation.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
- Experience creating, reviewing, and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting correspondence and reports.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible.
- Highly motivated.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with childcare assistance programs or similar social service programs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Working hours M-F, 8:00a-4:00pm.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
