ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Pickerington, Ohio team as a part-time morning Customer Service Representative and Notary/Closer. Ideal candidate must be friendly and organized to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and have closing experience with a good understanding of all title and lender closing documents.

Job Duties include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Handle mail and administrative tasks
- Provide in-person notary services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Explain closing documents to customers
- Effectively communicate with all parties in the transaction
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experienced with knowledge of title and lender closing documents
- Ability to provide professional closings
- Current notary license
- Minimum 1 year notary/closing experience
