What does an Escrow Processor/ Notary Closer do at Northwest?
- Support our clients and our team by providing outstanding administrative support.
- Conducts notary closings (we are happy to train the right person/ help you obtain your Ohio notary)
- Coordinates communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, members, etc., to prepare for closing.
- Helps team with the processing of real estate transactions.
- Create or maintain business relationships with realtors and lenders for the continued success of our business.
Preferred qualifications:
- A minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a real estate title company
- Proven organization and communication skills
- Experience coordinating communication across multiple channels and people
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly but accurately
- Quality communication skills via email, phone, video, and in-person, including proper grammar and spelling
