ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Clarkston team as an Escrow Processor. Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties include:
- Review and understand purchase agreement and title commitment to determine necessary requirements for closing
- Obtain all payoffs, bills, and other conditions required for closing
- Effectively communicate with all parties in the transaction to coordinate the closing
- Prepare real estate closing documents
- Collaborate with lender on Closing Disclosure preparation
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to reliably meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent follow through
- Takes pride in quality work
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Minimum 3 years Escrow Processing experience preferred
