Job Description
ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Jackson team as a Title Examiner. Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties include:
Search and examine real estate records, properties/individuals through the Public Record.
Prepare title commitments and policies
Assist with clearing title issues
Provide Title Commitment to the customer.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to reliably meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent follow through
Takes pride in quality work
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
2 years of Title Examiner experience required
Abstracting experience, preferred
Experience preparing final policies, preferred
Ability to review divorces, bankruptcies, trusts, etc, preferred
