Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations & Customer Service
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures
- Handle inquiries and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Communication & Coordination
- Manage front desk communication (phone, email, and in-person interactions)
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and visitor management
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor logs and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Update and maintain records in company systems
- Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality of company and customer information
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
