Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock Management
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas accurately
- Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages
Store/Warehouse Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in stockrooms and sales floors
- Assist in inventory counts and audits
- Follow safety procedures while handling goods and equipment
- Support overall store operations as needed
Customer Support
- Assist customers in locating products when required
- Provide basic product information and support store staff
- Ensure shelves are neat, accessible, and well-presented
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (as required)
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Prior experience in retail or warehouse is a plus (not required)
