Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Interaction
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently
- Ensure a positive and helpful experience for all customers
Communication & Problem Solving
- Listen actively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Update customer information in company systems
- Perform data entry and documentation tasks
