Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be proficient in managing office tasks efficiently. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication abilities, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent computer literacy with experience in office software and phone systems.
  • Effective calendar management skills to coordinate appointments seamlessly.
  • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and correspondence handling.
  • Demonstrated administrative capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette to represent the organization professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients.
