We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate with 2 years of experience in cell and gene therapy production. The ideal candidate holds a BS degree and has hands-on expertise within both upstream and downstream processing.
- 6 month contract
- M-F - 1st & 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain bioreactors for cell culture and gene therapy manufacturing.
- Perform downstream purification using AKTA chromatography systems.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Support batch documentation and data recording.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in upstream and downstream cell/gene therapy or other related manufacturing.
- Proficiency with bioreactor operation and AKTA chromatography.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMP guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
