Duties
- Lead and develop a Quality Assurance team, promoting a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement
- Manage deviations, nonconformances, CAPAs, and change controls impacting product quality
- Own internal audit programs and support external audits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO, and internal quality standards
- Oversee quality documentation, training programs, calibration, and complaint handling
- Track and report quality metrics and drive sustainable corrective actions
- Partner cross-functionally to align quality objectives with business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 4 - 6 years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (OTC, cosmetics, personal care, pharma)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMPs, ISO standards, and eQMS platforms
- Audit or quality certifications (ASQ CQA, ISO Lead Auditor) a strong plus.
