What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align supply plans with business goals.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust plans accordingly.
- Support new product launches and transitions with effective planning strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and supply chain planning tools (ERP/MRP systems).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
