What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a pipeline of low to medium complexity sourcing projects
- Lead RFPs, RFIs, and supplier negotiations with a strategic mindset
- Partner with category leads to streamline sourcing plans and supplier consolidation
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance and scalability
- Support high-complexity engagements and assist with PO/requisition creation
- 3–5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes and supplier engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office; Oracle experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Hybrid work environment (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Flexible hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- 5 PTO days after 30 days 6 paid holidays during contract period
