We’re looking for a Member Services & Relationship Specialist to join a dynamic financial team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service, process transactions accurately, and build meaningful relationships with members by offering tailored financial solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.
- Educate members on digital banking tools like mobile apps and online platforms.
- Resolve inquiries promptly and provide consultative support.
- Open new accounts, memberships, and loans while identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Support branch operations including ATM balancing and compliance tasks.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

- 1 year of experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Banking experience preferred; strong customer service background considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:30 PM) and occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM–12:00 PM).
