Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview potential candidates for various roles.
- Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
- Organize and execute orientation sessions for new hires.
- Perform exit interviews and manage changes in employee status.
- Lead and direct the work of others as required.
- Engage in high-volume recruiting, specifically supporting L-4 to L-6 hiring for Area Managers and Operations Managers in warehouses and delivery stations.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using Boolean techniques.
- Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and technical recruiting.
- Proficiency in high-volume recruiting and recruitment ATS systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- 3-6 years of experience in sourcing recruiting.
- Technical recruiting experience is preferred.
- Creative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies.
