Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

- Work with project teams in the financial workflow of a project from set-up and preparation of templates and cost codes, entry of Schedule of Values to budget entry and management.
- Responsible for project billing process including supporting documents and compliance items.
- Assist the project teams to produce timely and accurate reporting requirements.
- Point person for recording and review of project revenue and costs.
- Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
- Prepare monthly cost to complete reports and report profitability to management.
- Coding and routing commitments and vendor invoices for project management approval.
- Electronic processing of subcontractor contracts and tracking required documents
- Create monthly status reports, budget analysis and monthly closings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
