Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle supply requisitions and create purchase orders.
- Engage with suppliers to secure optimal terms regarding pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Lead the onboarding process for new vendors and ensure thorough due diligence is completed.
- Support the drafting, review, and analysis of contracts for compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal business partners, legal, accounting, and finance teams.
- Coordinate with the accounts payable team to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Uphold company policies by adhering to authorized delegation of authority and signature protocols.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports within the ERP system.
- 2 years of procurement experience.
- Hands-on experience onboarding vendors and managing procurement workflows.
- Ability to handle high-volume ServiceNow ticketing or similar request-management systems.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with purchasing, supplier management, project management, and contract analysis.
- Proficiency in strategic sourcing, data analysis, contract management, and buyer purchasing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
