About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 300 multi-state employees using UKG/UltiPro.
- Pull and validate payroll reports—manually recreate reports in Excel to confirm accuracy.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with journal entries (training provided).
- Manage Time & Attendance and maintain precise payroll records.
- Research and resolve payroll inquiries with a customer service mindset.
- Support audits for retirement plans and workers’ compensation.
- Associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2–5 years payroll experience (full cycle, multi-state, 300 employees).
- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation.
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with payroll systems (UKG/UltiPro, Kronos; ADP helpful).
- Accounting knowledge a plus (journal entries, reconciliations).
- Team player: easygoing, collaborative, but focused on getting work done.
- Curious, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
