Responsibilities
The work schedule includes Monday, Thursday, and Friday working from home, and in-office work on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 6 PM. There is a preference for candidates to be located in the St. Louis office. The role requires the ability and willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
- Review and process claims payment requests for automotive repairs.
- Determine the appropriate payment amount by validating billing information against authorization information.
- Utilize multiple computer programs to process claims, review policies and procedures, labor times, and retrieve documents.
- Process payments to a dealer’s statement via check or credit card.
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Situational awareness related to departmental goals and objectives.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate face-to-face with various departments and team members.
- Capability to train and guide less experienced staff.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to transition between work queues as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of automotive service department processes preferred.
- Experience in claims processing and data entry is advantageous.
