Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer orders into ERP systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
- Create and maintain sales and work orders.
- Coordinate inventory and manage parts shortages.
- Track shipments, PODs, and communicate updates to functional owners.
- Monitor KPIs for order accuracy.
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies, delayed shipments, or damaged goods.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Order entry and management.
- Customer relationship management.
- Supply chain and logistics knowledge.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, including NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Order Management Systems (OMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
