Job Description
As a Pricing Associate, you will work closely with clients and vendors to manage information, handle pricing, and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
Responsibilities
The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There is flexibility for later shifts, primarily for west coast operations, with hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The first 90 days require in-office training, after which a hybrid work option is available for up to 3 days a week. The office is located at a site with two floors full of offices, and opportunities for advancement to team lead are available.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Job Description
As a Pricing Associate, you will work closely with clients and vendors to manage information, handle pricing, and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle accurate and timely inventory management.
- Enter data accurately and promptly.
- Process billing or credits accurately and promptly after thorough research and obtaining management approval.
- Operate various computer systems proficiently, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Gain a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.
- Stay updated on new products and services as required by the company and vendors.
- Utilize the Standard Reporting process to generate and provide reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors to address order-related questions or issues.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.
- Experience handling inventory management.
- Experience with handling pricing, billing, and credit.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Reliability and ability to work as a team player.
- Exceptional vendor/client focus and a sense of urgency.
- Bilingual capabilities.
