What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Specialist / Ginseng Grader position at Ginseng & Herb Cooperative?
The Ginseng & Herb Co-Op is seeking a motivated and self-driven individual with a strong attention to detail to fill our Order Fulfillment Specialist position at our Marathon City headquarters. This position would have consistent scheduling Monday - Thursday 8AM - 4:30PM and Friday's 8AM - 12:00PM (half days on Fridays). This position would be in a small office setting, where wearing multiple hats (fulfilling a variety of responsibilities) is required.
Primary Job Duties would include:
- Clipping, grading and sorting of ginseng roots to meet USDA grading standards.
- Packaging ginseng roots into retail packages for online and in house sales.
- Stickering products with necessary labels.
- Dating and shrink wrapping products with strong awareness of quality control.
- Rotating and accounting for inventory as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
- Preparing retail orders for shipment, as needed.
- Assisting with miscellaneous projects as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must have a strong attention to detail and able to maintain the highest quality measures.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be dependable.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
- Must get along well with others.
Some forklift experience would be beneficial but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
