Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Associate
Wilmar Chocolates is seeking to hire an enthusiastic and driven team member for a part-time, 30-hour-a-week Customer Service & Order Fulfillment position.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position assisting our wonderful customers, fielding their questions, orders, and concerns, and coordinating communication within our company. We are looking for a team member who prefers staying active, handling multiple priorities, and following work through to completion. You will serve as the connection between customers and our internal team, ensuring orders are processed accurately, communicated clearly, and moved forward without delay. This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, works efficiently, and consistently looks for what needs to be done next.
Job Type: Part-Time (30 hours/week)
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Daily fulfillment of customer orders
- Responding to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Kindly answering phone calls
- Creating relationships with our customers
- Efficient operation of Point of Sale System
- Assisting with misc. administrative tasks
- Excel reporting (pricing & shipping)
Qualifications:
- Able to work well in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite / Excel
- Able to answer and assist with customer inquiries
