We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Work Environment
You will work in the showroom, reporting to the Sales Manager. The dress code is business casual, excluding hoodies, t-shirts, and tennis shoes, with dark jeans (no holes) and professional attire such as skirts, dresses, or polos.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers about products and answer their questions clearly.
- Help customers select products that best meet their needs and build relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Promote current sales, promotions, and product bundles, and meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of fireplaces, stone, casual furniture, grills, and outdoor living products.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized and clean, assist with merchandising, product placement, and showroom readiness.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support team operations and assist other departments as needed.

- Computer and data entry skills, with Microsoft and CRM experience preferred
- Personable and relatable experience preferred in designing industry, home manufacturing, construction, roofing, cabinets, etc.

- Previous retail or commission-based sales experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Motivated and purposeful with a strong interest in sales
- Interest or knowledge in home improvement, outdoor furniture, and grills is a plus
- Open to years of experience, including new graduates
