Position Overview

Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrator to support our HR operations and systems.

This role requires a strong back ground in project management, operational analysis, and HRIS systems (Workday).

You’ll be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, maintaining data integrity, and supporting HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and provide quantitative analysis of long-term operational strategies and profitability.
  • Coordinate across corporate teams to evaluate business proposals impacting operations.
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans for HR operations.
  • Analyze operational costs and asset utilization.
  • Advise executive management on business and technical matters.
  • Monitor and respond to the HRIS inbox, providing Level 1 support or escalating to HR Tech.
  • Manage HR transactions including bonuses, terminations, requisitions, and reorganizations.
  • Coordinate and deliver Workday training sessions for regional teams.
  • Provide advanced administrative and system support across HR departments.
  • Ensure system integrity through quality control and technical expertise.
  • Perform mass updates and assist with transactional employee data.
  • Run monthly reports, validate data, and conduct audits.
  • Troubleshoot business process errors and support data integrity initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management, financial planning, business consulting, or operational analysis.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HRIS.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications and computer modeling.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and support HR process flows from recruitment to termination.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote position.
  • Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8am–6pm EST.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.05/hr.
