Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with strategic goals.
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Manage the Human Resources sections of the Internet and Intranet sites, focusing on recruiting, culture, and company information.
- Maintain employee-related databases and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Utilize Human Resources software to the company's advantage.
- Implement the performance management system, including Performance Development Plans and Employee Development Programs.
- Establish an in-house employee training system addressing company needs, including training needs assessment and new employee orientation.
- Assist managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
- Provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees, including workshops, manuals, and standardized reports.
- Develop and monitor the corporate training budget.
- Maintain employee training records.
- 4 years in an HR-related role.
- Strong culture fit and passion for creating a good culture.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Experience in administering benefits and compensation programs.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel.
- Demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Manufacturing/industrial industry
- Administrative support experience.
- Experience with HRIS.
