- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Analytics, or EPM systems.
- Experience analyzing profitability (customer, product, region).
- Exposure to rebates or pricing analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of financial analysis experience.
