This is an exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program that is launching in Portland, OR. The role involves recruiting local businesses to become part of the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify and guide them through the application process, and organize recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers a commission for each partner converted.
Responsibilities
The role involves working in the field 4-5 days a week with an 80/20 split of in-field versus at-home follow-up and administrative tasks. Benefits include eligibility for 2 weeks of PTO after a 6-month successful performance review, uncapped commission, and reimbursement for travel and phone expenses.

Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
- Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, leading activities and managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
- Work with the Field Manager to engage local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
- 2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.
- Outside/Field Sales experience required.
- CRM Experience Required, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience in prospecting and making outbound calls.
- Sales management experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Field sales experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
- Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
- Ability to travel up to a four-hour round trip distance daily.
