Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.

Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
The Order Entry Specialist I serves as the initial point of contact for processing client orders and supporting administrative workflows. You are expected to accurately enter and manage 70–80% of order-related tasks independently.
Responsibilities
- Process client orders using company platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while meeting departmental metrics for volume and turnaround time.
- Support administrative workflows related to order fulfillment, including documentation, tracking, and system updates.
- Provide guidance on navigating software applications and hardware tools used in order processing.
- Independently identify and resolve order discrepancies using established procedures and critical thinking.
- Escalate complex or non-standard order issues to appropriate teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain detailed records of all order-related interactions, updates, and resolutions in tracking systems.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support, preferably in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
- Ability to learn and navigate various order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in using a PC and navigating multiple systems and applications.
- Ability to manage connected devices and software tools related to order processing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
