Job Description
The Customer Data Management (CDM) Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, high-quality customer and contract information across all internal systems. This position is fully onsite at the Stuart, FL corporate office. The role involves reviewing, interpreting, and entering contract information, creating and updating customer accounts, validating data for accuracy, and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. The CDM Specialist will manage a high daily workload, supporting over 100 locations and partnering closely with the CDM team, QA reviewers, and the CDM Manager.

This is an onsite role at the Stuart, FL corporate office, in an air-conditioned, office-based environment. The team operates in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Training schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, transitioning to 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM post-training.

- Create, modify, and maintain customer accounts.
- Process contract information and customer setup changes.
- Review documents such as contracts, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals.
- Manage case queues and complete daily data integrity updates.
- Work reports to ensure accuracy and correct system errors.
- Collaborate with QA reviewers and team members to achieve accuracy targets.
- Proficient data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong typing speed and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s preferred.
- 2 years of related work experience.
