Job Description

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
- Handle and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
- Assess the validity of complaints by obtaining and examining all relevant information.
- Solicit the sale of new or additional services or products.
- Proficiency with Google Platform and Google Suite is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in documenting and recording customer/client information accurately.
- Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5-7 years of customer service-related experience required.
- Call center phone experience is a plus.
