Job Description
The Customer Data Management (CDM) Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, high-quality customer and contract information across all internal systems. This position is fully onsite at the Stuart, FL corporate office. The role involves reviewing, interpreting, and entering contract information; creating and updating customer accounts; validating data for accuracy; and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. The CDM Specialist will manage a high daily workload, supporting over 100 locations and partnering closely with the CDM team, QA reviewers, and the CDM Manager.
Responsibilities
This is an onsite role at the Stuart, FL corporate office, within an air-conditioned environment. The training schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the post-training schedule is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The environment is high-volume and metrics-driven, with a team consisting of 4 data entry specialists, 1 reviewer/assigner, and 2 QA specialists. The role offers stability, structured training, and clear career pathways in a supportive, collaborative team setting.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and maintain customer accounts.
- Process contract information and customer setup changes.
- Review documents such as contracts, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals.
- Manage case queues and complete daily data integrity updates.
- Work on reports to ensure accuracy and correct system errors.
- Collaborate with QA reviewers and team members to achieve accuracy targets.
- Proficient in data entry and Excel.
- High typing speed.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Previous contract entering experience is nice to have.
- Experience with JDE, customer service, and communication skills.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s preferred.
- Two years of related work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage several screens/systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ownership mentality and strong work ethic.
