Responsibilities
The work environment includes daily store hours from 11am to 6pm, with weekend coverage required. This is a part-time position with an expectation of working 20-40 hours per week. The store lease is secured through April 2026. You will have the opportunity to work with a leading global lifestyle brand in a viral pop-up setting, with long-term store plans and the possibility to convert to a permanent employee.

- Assist with inventory management tasks like unpacking deliveries and checking inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet store sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.
- Participate in store meetings, training, and workshops as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and security measures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand's image.
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Customer service experience
- Sales support
- Retail customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to company's values
- Ability to work in shift duty
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
