- Receive Collections from a portfolio list assigned.
- Account reconciliation within those portfolio accounts
- Dispute resolutions and figure out plans to allow payments.
- Tracking customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights
- Reviewing accounts for releasing lien rights
- Assisting with payment application as needed
- Making outbound and answering inbound calls to/from customers
- Performing other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
